There is no exchange, but you can return the items, when we received it , it will be refunded to you (excluded shipping fee) , you may use the refunded money to re-purchase again (refund may takes 3-8 processing days to credit back to your bank). Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since it has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange,  your item should be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, no smells like perfume. We have right to deny the returned product or sending out an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for any return shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
